Mission

INRAD’s mission emerges from an innovative model of humanized and personalized care. Since its inception, the Santiago Radio Oncological Institute was conceived with the primary goal of healing people. The founders understood from the beginning the importance of providing care centered on valuing patients and showing a genuine interest in them. This not only improves the efficacy of treatments but also the psychological state of the users. They are provided with support, understanding, and the necessary information to comprehend both their pathologies and the treatments they can access, as well as the workings of the health system and the financing options available to cover the high costs of their treatments; information that is generally scarce. Over time, the clinic has managed to instill these values in its organizational culture and has formed a specialized medical team committed to providing the best possible care to its patients, as well as constantly seeking ways to improve. INRAD’s mission is defined by a clear and precise message that largely reflects its raison d’être:

“To provide the maximum positive impact on humanity, offering solutions to the current and future needs of all patients who require quality medical care.”

This mission is the fundamental pillar that guides every action and decision taken at the institute. It represents an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional medical care, centered on the patient and oriented towards their comprehensive well-being.
